Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Free shipping on orders over $30

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

KK pop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
